- For the "worrier" segment, create a storyboard similar to the ones those in Figure 5-13. If possible, add a picture from a magazine that represents the customer identity of this segment.
- Do the same for the "sociable" segment.
- Create a third storyboard with no segment identity, average product features, and a mid-range price.
Instruction: Ask a friend to evaluate the three storyboards and select the storyboard that appeals the most to them. For each interview ask why they selected that particular storyboard and see if the storyboard accurately captures their product-price needs and segment identity.
